The subject of the award is all necessary services for the timely and timely implementation of the SAP S/4HANA project, including the conception of the transformation of the existing ERP system to SAP S/4HANA, the implementation of the future SAP S/4HANA system based on the transformation of the existing SAP ERP system, and the go-live and support of the new system as part of a temporary hyper-care phase.

ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH was founded as a 100% subsidiary of VNG AG, which operates the approximately 7,700 km transmission network and approximately 450 grid interconnection points as a transmission system operator with around 400 employees. ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH has delegated various tasks for the management of the networks and plants to its 100% subsidiaries GDMcom GmbH and INFRACON Infrastruktur Service GmbH & Co. KG. For this purpose, they use the existing SAP ERP systems of ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH, as well as the 100% subsidiary GEOMAGIC GmbH. For this reason, GDMcom, INFRACON and GEOMAGIC are within the scope of the award procedure. Furthermore, company codes for the associated companies ONTRAS Service Gesellschaft mbH, GDMcom Netze GmbH, lictor GmbH, IBZ Neubauer GmbH and Weishaupt Planungen GmbH are mapped in the existing ERP system of ONTRAS. These companies are also within the scope of the award procedure. If the designation "ONTRAS" is chosen in the tender documents or the notice, this means the entire ONTRAS group of companies in the context of this call for tenders. The companies that are within the scope of the award procedure are included in the scope of protection of the services of the future contractor in terms of content and law.

Services for the housing, hosting or application service provision of the new SAP S/4HANA system after its go-live are not included in the tendered services. These services are provided by an external contractor who currently provides housing, hosting and application service providing for the existing ERP systems. ONTRAS is responsible for the planning and control of the required cooperation services of this external contractor, whereby the future contractor is responsible for specifying the necessary cooperation services comprehensively and accurately in order to enable ONTRAS to provide the necessary cooperation (in terms of time and content). In addition, ONTRAS provides the necessary SAP licenses, the use of which will be the responsibility of the future contractor within the framework of the project to the extent that existing rights of use, etc. must not be restricted and/or impaired (qualitatively and quantitatively) by the services of the contractor and the project.
