The agreement consists of the following activities:

a) fertilize football pitches;

b) mowing football fields;

c) rolls of football fields;

d) dressing football pitches;

e) aerating football fields;

f) overseeding football pitches.

The work will be carried out at the six sports parks within the municipality of Eersel.

The agreement is entered into for a minimum period of two years with an option to renew twice for one year. The effective date of the agreement is 1.4.2021.

There is a merged assignment. The municipality has six sports parks and the work could also be subdivided by sports park to tender. By merging the assignment, an advantage is created for the contractor because he can then better coordinate the activities and for the municipality, the merger leads to fewer coordination costs.

The assignment is easily accessible for small and medium-sized businesses, which means that splitting up into lots is not necessary.
