Accompanying technical planning for the project "Readjustment of media technology"

- The contractor should have a bachelor's degree (or diploma) as an engineer in the field of AV communications technology or a higher degree. Equivalent or similar degrees in the field specializing in AV communication technology or media technology are also permitted.

- Recording and documentation of the current state at the respective study locations (hardware equipment, maintenance situation, support organization, problem and error analysis)

- Development of a target concept for a uniform HSPV media technology standard

- Development of an implementation concept for the implementation of the HSPV media technology standard

- Development of a requirement profile for the cost-effective equipment of temporary study locations including maintenance and repair concept

- Development and implementation of a further education and training concept for users of media technology as well as for first, second and third level support

- Implementation of a support system for media technology including maintenance and repair management and external framework agreement

- Introduction of a central maintenance and repair management system for panel systems

- Description and conceptual design of a requirement area for media technology

Aims:

- As-is inventory of media technology (components, concepts, warranty and support, fault and problem detection)

- Development of a further education and training concept

- Definition of a requirement/working area for media technology at HSPV NRW

- Development and implementation of a support structure/concept
