Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all PGO residential properties where municipal waste is generated and mixed properties, located within the administrative boundaries of the Karsin Commune. Equipment of real estate and maintenance of equipment (containers) for selective collection of municipal waste and non-segregated (mixed) municipal and residual waste.

A full description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Chapter II DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT and Appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference.

2. The subject of the contract shall, in particular, include:

1) collection, transport and management of waste in RIPOK (Municipal Waste Disposal Plant "Stary Las" Sp. z o.o. 83-200 Starogard Gdański, Stary Las 9) of waste, i.e.: green waste, bio-waste, biodegradable waste, non-segregated (mixed) waste, raw materials, municipal waste not listed in other subgroups;

2) collection, transport and management of other waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2013, item 21, as amended):

a) the following waste should be collected from the area of the properties where the residents live: green waste, bio-waste (BIO), plastics and multi-material packaging, glass, paper and cardboard, hazardous waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste.

3) equipping the property with containers for selective collection of municipal waste (BIO, plastics and multi-material packaging, paper - bags, glass, mixed) in the case of properties where residents live in single-family residential buildings, as well as maintaining these containers in an appropriate technical condition. The colours and descriptions of the containers should be adapted to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19).

4) performing other activities including: verification and updating of PGO, planning routes and schedules of municipal waste disposal, reporting GPS track of waste collection routes and deviations from established routes and schedules, reporting waste collection from real estate, inspection of real estate in terms of waste segregation, periodic reporting, weight reporting of each vehicle from each day, readiness to implement the subject of the contract in the form described in Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.

4. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the data contained in point 3 are of a historical or prognostic nature and have been provided as an auxiliary for the purpose of estimating the value of the contract by the Contractor. The final number of properties that will need to be equipped with containers and from which waste collection and transport will be required will result from the number of declarations submitted by the owners of individual properties.
