The supply of fresh or frozen breads and pastries in the following hospital centers:

- the CHD Vendée (sites of La Roche-sur-Yon, Montaigu and Luçon),

- the CH Côte de Lumière,

- the CH Loire Vendée Océan (sites of Challans, Machecoul and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie),

- the CH Fontenay-le-Comte,

- the CH Georges Mazurelle.

The requirement may be extended to other establishments that are part of the GHT Vendée which, at the stage of launching this procedure, have not issued a requirement. A review clause will then be drawn up between the parties.
