Provision of non-residential property services in Canary Wharf:

— sub-letting;

— rent reviews between landlord/tenant/subtenant;

— matters pertaining to business rates;

— specialist advice on general property matters;

— property advice on disposal of existing premises;

— provision of property advice, research and marketing related to all aspects the lease;

— property advice on subletting matters; client representation, assistance and advice in property related matters;

— advice and assistance in property related issues, building improvements and fitting out projects;

— act as liaison between the Agency and subtenant;

— provisions of non-residential property advice related to lease agreements in place;

— preparation, provision and representation before authorities in relation to subjects above.
