In view of the continuous and sometimes urgent needs for medical and molecular imaging of the contracting authorities, the contracting center wishes to conclude a multilateral framework agreement for four years.
Initially, the contract center will conclude a framework agreement for each lot with the tenderers who meet the conditions set in the specifications.
Later, the participants in the framework agreement for specific partial contracts will be put back into competition by the contracting authorities (phase mini competition = step 3 cf. I.3).
The sub-orders (step 3 cfr. Described in I.3) concern the actual purchase, installation and maintenance of equipment.
