Dunea is looking for a cloud-based contract center solution that integrates multiple channels and provides a 360 customer view. Dunea expects a solution that
Provides the following possibilities:
— fixed devices at fixed workstations at the office location,
— softphone solutions in the office, remote and/or at home,
— Smartphones for home workplaces in combination with softphone.
The solution needs to be integrated with other customer systems (ERP, CRM) that are in use at Dunea, or will be taken
Within the scope of this call for tenders:
Delivering and hosting the Contact Center solution as a service;
Supply and installation of fixed devices;
Advising, guiding, installing and configuring the Contact Center solution including links to other systems;
Migrating existing Contact Center data to the new solution;
Provide support on delivered software and hardware. This concerns, among other things:
— Upgrades and updates to the software,
- licenses,
— Repair, replacement and extension of fixed appliances,
— Accessories such as headsets,
— Wallboards.
