2.2. Diesel fuel is intended for the propulsion of diesel combustion engines in public transport buses;
2.3. The quantities given will include the supply of diesel oil, the grade of which will be appropriate to the season and the prevailing temperature conditions in terms of cloud temperature and cold filter blocking point meeting the quality requirements specified in the On PN-EN 590 standard included in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680), Regulation. The offered diesel fuel may be characterized by the manufacturer's company standards, but with quality parameters identical to or better than those presented in the table;
2.4. When submitting an offer, the Contractor will be obliged to specify the places from which the offered diesel fuel will be delivered;
2.5. The Contractor must have a safety data sheet for a chemical substance prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 25 February 2011 on Chemical Substances and Their Mixtures (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1203). Deliveries of the ordered fuel will be carried out successively, in the form of individual transports, by road tankers, in the amount from 1000 liters to 5000 liters;
2.6. In exceptional situations, the Ordering Party allows the delivery of a smaller amount of fuel, but not less than 500 liters, provided that it is agreed in advance;
2.7. Deliveries will be made to the company's fuel tank in Kutno, 1 Cmentarna Street;
2.8. The Contracting Authority expects monthly deliveries to be approximately 25,000 litres. The unit price of fuel must include the cost of fuel delivery to the Ordering Party;
2.9. The Contracting Authority expects monthly deliveries to be approximately 25,000 litres. The unit price of fuel must include the cost of fuel delivery to the Ordering Party;
2.10. The Contracting Authority requires that the transport of purchased fuels takes place in road tankers with a maximum of 3 axles with a GVW of up to 26,000 kg meeting the requirements set out in the Act of 19 August 2011 on the carriage of dangerous goods (Journal of Laws of 2011, No. 227, item 1367, as amended). The Contracting Authority requires that the transport of purchased fuels takes place in tankers intended exclusively for the transport of motor fuels equipped with legal-for-trade measuring devices for measuring the delivered fuel. If, for various reasons, this is not possible and tankers are used to transport products that have a negative impact on the quality of diesel fuel, even in minimal quantities, they must be cleaned before filling with the ordered diesel oil (obligation to provide a confirmation of cleaning/washing of the tanker);
2.11. Drivers delivering fuels must have experience in working with this type of product, be properly trained and have the right to work with flammable and hazardous substances as required by applicable regulations.
2.12. The Contractor is responsible for the ordered fuel until it is drained into the Contracting Authority's tanks.
2.13. The Contracting Authority requires the contractor to provide a one-month warranty for the quality of the supplied diesel fuel in terms of maintaining the parameters specified in the standards.
