The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 milling machining centers with CNC control (3-, 4- and 5-axis), together with the necessary equipment. A detailed technical description and requirements in the scope of the subject of the order are included in Annex 1 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order (hereinafter "SIWZ").

The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 milling machining centers with CNC control, together with the necessary equipment:

1) 3-axis CNC milling center - 1 pc;

2) 4-axis CNC milling center - 1 pc;

3) 5-axis CNC milling center - 1 pc.

The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of machines and their equipment to the installation site at the Employer's premises at the contractor's cost and risk, assembly, installation and commissioning of equipment, including the performance of all necessary actions enabling:

1) conducting control of work parameters in order to confirm compliance of the delivery with the Employer's requirements;

2) independent operation of the equipment by the Employer's designated staff,

As part of the commissioning, the Contractor will be required to demonstrate the correct operation of the supplied milling centers by performing, in the presence of the Employer's designated staff, the following test details:

1) for 3- and 4-axis centers: test detail in accordance with PN-ISO 10791-7: 2000;

2) for a 5-axis center: test detail according to the drawing attached to the ToR.
