By means of the Tender Procedure, the House of Representatives intends to conclude an Agreement with one contractor for the (re)construction of the current application and the provision of the associated Technical Application Management.

* initial delivery & implementation of the Actor Database Application;

* technical application management of the application; and

* possibly. annual minor adjustments.
