The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of the following services in the field of the Integrated Communications Subsystem of the Command Support System of the State Emergency Medical Services, hereinafter referred to as "PZŁ SWD PRM":
1) maintenance of PZŁ SWD PRM together with the hardware infrastructure and provision of post-warranty service, in accordance with point 6. "Maintenance services of PZŁ SWD PRM" Description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, in order to ensure that PZŁ SWD PRM meets the functional requirements specified in point 5 of the OPZ "Requirements regarding the functionality of PZŁ SWD PRM" OPZ,
2) modification and reconfiguration of PZŁ SWD PRM, in accordance with point 7 of the OPZ "Modification and reconfiguration services of PZŁ SWD PRM" OPZ together with the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the modifications and reconfigurations carried out.
