Description:

Bergen municipality with collaboration partners, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, hereby invite Tenderers to an open tender competition for the delivery of office supplies and school material, etc.

The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the following products:

— office supplies,

— school material,

— office kitchen products,

— computer supplies/ergonomic products.

The tenderer must ensure that at least 1 disabled person or person in difficulties is used in the implementation of this contract (see Annex 3 for further details).

The terms disabled person and person in difficulties are further defined in the public procurement regulations § 8-8 and the ministry´s guidelines for the new public procurement regulations under the topic “Reserved Contracts”.



Bergen municipality with collaboration partners, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invite Tenderers to an open tender competition. The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the procurement of office supplies, school material, office kitchen products and computer/ergonomic products.

This framework agreement will include delivery to all of the Contracting Authority´s departments and units - see the websites for Bergen municipality and each collaboration partner for a complete overview. Attention is drawn to the fact that units can have several delivery addresses.

Bergen municipality currently has approx. 277 400 inhabitants and the municipality is organised with approx. 840 units, (approx. 2 000 delivery addresses), including, amongst others, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, cultural institutions and administration. In addition there are municipal and inter-municipal enterprises and companies that are partly or fully owned entities and are seen as included in the Bergen municipality group.

A procurement collaboration has been established with several municipalities, as well as inter-municipal companies, with BK as the host municipality, and this tender contest will also apply for several entities in addition to BK.

Short description of the procurement:

The objective of this tender contest is to enter into the financially most advantageous contract for the delivery of office supplies and school material, etc. through a framework agreement.

The contract period will be 2 years from the contract date, with a unilateral option for a further 1 + 1 year. The expected start-up is January 2019

The Contracting Authority would like to take care of environmental considerations through its procurements, as well as ensure social and ethical standards. There are, therefore, a number of environmental requirements and criteria in this competition.
