1) The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive services for maintaining cleanliness at the facilities of "Uzdrowisko Rymanów" SA in Rymanów-Zdrój, in accordance with the detailed description made in Annex 6 to the ToR.
1) Provision of comprehensive services in the scope of maintaining cleanliness in the facilities of "Uzdrowisko Rymanów" SA in Rymanów-Zdrój, in accordance with the detailed description made in Annex 6 to the ToR, in relation to the total area of 19 856 m
2) Supervising clean and dirty underwear used by the Employer.
3) Taking part in the internal transport of bed linen (clean and dirty) from individual facilities of the Employer to a collection point, organized in the "Maria" building. Means of transport for transporting the above underwear will be provided by the Employer.
4) Depending on the needs, in justified cases, at the request and under the supervision of the Employer's medical staff, the Contractor will be required to perform auxiliary activities at the patient, including assistance in dressing, satisfying physiological needs, transporting the patient, etc.
5) Provision of the service: cleaning equipment, waste bags, preparations for cleaning, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and medical equipment, etc.
The contracting authority envisages the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6. In connection with the implementation of investments co-financed from the resources of RPO WP for the years 2014-2020 in the period from 15.4.2019 to 14.4.2022, it is anticipated in the abovementioned during the period of including objects such as "Gołąbek", "Providence", "Anna", the "Eskulap" Natural Therapy Plant, and "Physical Therapy" for use as part of the Company's operations. In connection with the above, it will be necessary to cover the service of maintaining cleanliness of the surfaces in the abovementioned buildings. It is therefore foreseen to award the contract in accordance with art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the repetition of cleaning services in buildings commissioned during the maintenance contract. The Employer informs that currently renovation and construction works are being carried out in the facilities "Providence" and "Gołąbek" and "Natural Plant" Eskulap ". The expected date of putting these facilities into use, and thus including cleaning services, are:
- from June 2019 442 m
- from July 2019 556 m
- from August 2019 149 m
In connection with the above, it will be necessary to cover the service of maintaining cleanliness of surfaces located in www. buildings. The contracting authority envisages awarding these contracts up to 13% of the value of the basic contract, under the conditions specified in the ToR.
