This is the public European tender Cleaning and Glass Washing Service by CSG De Waard.

The purpose of this tender is to contract one supplier for cleaning services including glass washing of CSG De Waard's schools/locations. The Client shall award the Contract to one Contractor on the basis of the Best Price/Quality Ratio (BPKV) award criterion, subject to termination of this Procurement before award. It has been chosen for a duration of (three) 3 years, with three times the option for client to extend one (1) year. Including unilateral option years, the total duration of the agreement comes to 6 years (six).

The Client strives for clean schools at acceptable costs, with the duration of the agreement consistent, without affecting the market. Consequently, an agreement with a maximum maturity of (six) 6 years is chosen. The intention is to enter into the Agreement on 1.1.2022. Client is looking for one professional cleaning service provider. It cleans all school buildings, locations professionally, finds it an honor to be settled on the premise, namely: daily delivery of a clean school at an acceptable cost and is able to work with the schools.
