The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of solar collectors, pellet furnaces, wood gasification boilers and photovoltaic cells. The total number of installed installations on private objects in the Municipality of Wisznice (16 sołectw) is 204 pcs. (total installed capacity 1.32 MW). Types of individual installations: solars (2 panels, 78 pcs., 3.1 kW) solars (3 panels, 80 pcs., 4.65 kW) pellet boilers (16 kW, 18 pcs.) pellet boilers (24 kW, 4 pcs.) gasifying boilers
wood (18 kW, 8 pcs.) wood gasifying boilers (24 kW, 6 pcs.) photo (kW 3,2, 10 pcs.).
The Contracting Authority shall allow submission of partial tenders for one, two or three parts of the order.
Delivery and assembly of solar collectorsThe subject of the order is the delivery and installation of solar collectors, including:
a) supply of 78 pcs. 2 panel solar collectors used for the preparation of c.w.u together with 200 dm3 tray
b) supply of 80 pcs. 3 panel solar collectors used for the preparation of c.w.u together with 300 dm3 tray
Minimum parameters of collectors and trays:
Solar collectors:
- power at ΔT30K- min. 1550 W
- efficiency coefficients referred to the active surface (aperture):
a) optical efficiency: min. 80.0%
b) loss ratio a1: max 4.0 W/m2K
c) loss ratio a2: max 0.030 W/m2K2

- capacity of tray: 200 dm3, 300 dm3 respectively
- mounting hole of the electric heater
- maximum permissible temperature of CWU: 95° C

In terms of the task must also be
1) installation of solar collectors together with a design adapted to the place of installation (roof or wall of an apartment building)
2) installation of c.w.u tray.
3) necessary dismantling work- disassembly of the heater, dismantling parts of the installation
to the necessary extent
4) connection of the c.w.u. heater to the existing c.w.u. installation, circulation c.w.u. (when it exists), c.o. and z.w.
5) execution of the installation connecting the collectors with the heater c.w.u.
6) Installation of fittings, pump unit, diaphragmatic vessels and other elements according to the technological scheme
7) installation of the control system
8) performance of rinsing and pressure tests
9) Installation filling
10) Installation startup
11) training users and transfer to the Contracting Authority the protocol of the training carried out
12) draw up instructions for operation and operation (use) and provide instructions to users together with a list of possible faults subject to warranty.
13) replenishment of cavities of walls, ceilings, sealing of roofing material after wiring transitions
14) execution of c.o. and cold and hot water pipes necessary for connection to the solar system
15) during the warranty period, the contractor is obliged to carry out service and ongoing maintenance, free inspections and repairs of mounted equipment under the terms specified in the contract model
The scope of responsibilities of the owners/users of buildings is determined in the construction project of solar installations.
Manufacturer's warranty for: solar collectors: 10 years, capacitive water heaters — 7 years, all other installed devices, information boards together with a guarantee of color invariance - 5 years.

Delivery and installation of boilersThe subject of the order is the delivery and installation of 36 sets of biomass boilers, including:
(a) 18 pcs of 16 kW pellet boilers
b) 4 pcs of 24 kW pellet boilers
c) 8 pcs of wood gasifying boilers of 18 kw
d) 6 pcs of wood gasifying boilers of 24 kw
The minimum parameters of boilers are described in detail in the construction projects in Chapter 5.
In terms of the task must also be
- dismantling and removal outside the building of the existing boiler
- installation of fittings, appliances and other elements according to the technological scheme
- installation of the control system
- performance of rinsing and pressure tests of the installation
- filling the installation
- startup of the installation
- training users and transfer to the Ordering Party the protocol of the training carried out
- drawing up instructions for operation and operation (use) and providing instructions to users along with a list of possible faults subject to warranty.
- replenishment and seal after wire transitions
- production of cold, hot, c.o. and electrical water wires necessary for connection to the system
- during the warranty period, the contractor is obliged to carry out service and ongoing maintenance, free inspections and repairs of mounted equipment under the terms specified in the contract model
For biomass boilers additionally:
- in the case of installation of the boiler in a closed system supply:
safety fittings consisting of a safety valve, pressure gauge and vent
Cooling coil with direct operation thermostatic valve at the beginning of opening at 95 C in the boiler (a constant adjustment of the thermostatic valve is required without the possibility of changing the setting by the user)
Manufacturer's warranty for boilers: 10 years.

Delivery and installation of 10 (sets) of photovoltaic installationsThe subject of the order is the delivery and installation of 10 sets of photovoltaic installations with a capacity of at least 3.20 kW each.
Delivery and assembly applies to new photovoltaic panels and inverters not older than 2021.
Each installation should have:
- photovoltaic panels with a capacity of at least 3.20 kW
- PV inverters (inverters)
- wiring up to 50 m from the plug place to the installation
- DC side wires
- AC side wires
- installation protection (special surge limiters SPD)
- energy management system based on ICT technologies
- power optimizer for photovoltaic panels
- mounting kits- set of brackets enabling the installation of photovoltaic panels made of non-corroding materials

The scope of the order also includes:
1) installation of support structures on the roof of the building, and in the absence of technical possibilities: roof of an utility building or garage or on the ground, (in the case of installation on the ground, the Ordering Party estimates indicate approx. 2 pcs on the ground, 2 pcs at a distance of up to 50 m from the place of inclusion in the network)
2) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure intended for the designated mounting site
3) Installation of DC/AC inverters on the structure and other equipment,
4) assembly of designed electrical switchgear,
5) assembly of designed electrical installations nn - O,4kV,
6) installation of expansion joints.
7) the performance of electrical measurements of the entire system,
8) Min. 4 pictures: one for panels, one for the inverter, one for wiring and one for the resulting value of the protective grounding made in such a way as to see the reading from the meter and the location of the control clamp
9) transfer of the installation to users and train them on the operating, use, maintenance and safety rules related to the use of the installed PV (so-called pre-pass and receiving protocol), including providing user instructions for installation operation,
10) notification of the readiness of the photovoltaic plant for connection to the distribution network.
11) execution in 2 copies of as-built documentation in paper and egz. in electronic version ripped on a mobile device, a copy of the set of submissions to PGE must be attached to the as-built documentation
12) the performance of a photovoltaic installation in a manner enabling its connection to the power grid on the principles laid down by the competent Distribution System Operator (DSO). The Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Contractor any documents necessary to attach the installation to the network, and then after their acceptance by the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall submit them with the DSO. The Contractor will receive remuneration after submitting the as-built documentation referred to above with the confirmation of the installation notification to the DSO.
