The city of Kassel Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG (KG) intends to build a new fire and rescue station 3 on Forstbachweg /Marie-Curie-Straße.

The planned building complex contains:

• a fire station of the Kassel professional fire brigade,

• a rescue station,

• a fire station of the volunteer fire brigade and

• superlocal security

The total usable area should amount to approx. 6,860 m2 plus traffic areas of the outdoor facilities.

The client carries out a two-stage negotiation procedure with participation competition in accordance with VgV on the conditions specified in the publication and the participation documents.
