This contract is a service contract whose purpose is the renewal of the insurance portfolio for the years 2024 to 2027.

The contract includes all insurance policies of the Centre Public d'Action Sociale de Fleurus, including those of the Residence Les Templiers, the Residence Chassart, transit housing, branches of the CPAS and properties of the CPAS (with a possibility of new properties or rentals), in the following branches of insurance:

1. Accidents at work and personal injuries

2. Property damage

3. Liability

4. Vehicle insurance

They will also address new risks arising during the contract period.

The discount offer must cover all categories of insurance. This obligation is considered to be an essential formality of this contract.

The completion of a procedure in no way implies an obligation to award a contract. The CPAS may either waive the award of the contract, or part of it, or redo the procedure, if necessary in another way.

This contract is reserved for insurance companies that are recognized by the FSMA (Financial Services and Markets Authority). Brokers or any other insurance intermediary are excluded from the market.
