The client (AG), the Buchholz und Winsen Gemeinnützige GmbH, intends to build a 4-storey, non-basemented extension to the A ward on the hospital grounds in Winsen.

The advertised services include:

Drywall work, including doors.

The advertised readings are to be carried out separately from one another in several construction phases.

The new building covers an area of 3,379 m 2 BGF

with a usable area of 1,758 m 2 ,

The interior of the new building is initially on floors 1-3.

In a second phase of construction, the ground floor in the new building will then be separated and the marked areas in the inventory of the Winsen hospital converted.
