The municipality of Nogent-sur-Marne, the communal social action center, the Personalized Régie Scène Watteau / Pavillon Baltard and the Personalized Régie Nautique Center have decided to form a group of orders with a view to pooling their recurring purchases. . This contract concerns CPI - GER type services including the supply of energy with its profit sharing, (P1), the maintenance and operation of the installations (P2), the renewal and the total guarantee of the equipment (P3) with Major maintenance renewal (GER) with a commitment by the holder on a level of reduction in energy consumption obtained by the implementation of actions that he will have to define and whose effectiveness he guarantees; the contract also includes a part of services with order forms for the interventions not included in the total guarantee P3.

As this is a restricted invitation to tender, the consultation takes place in two phases:

- “Applications” phase: the tenderers must send their application file including the documents listed in article 3 of the consultation regulations, section “Content of applications”;

- “Offers” phase: following the analysis of the applications, the minimum five candidates who received the best score will be selected and will receive a letter of invitation to tender indicating the terms and conditions for submitting tenders.
