1) The object of the order is the factory supply of a new truck — dual-chamber garbage truck for the purposes of the Municipal Services Department of the Municipal Economy Company with limited liability in Opoczna.
2. A detailed description of the object of the contract, i.e. the requirements for a truck — dual-chamber garbage truck is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

4) If the origin (brand, trade mark, manufacturer, supplier) of materials or standards, approvals, specifications and systems referred to in Article 99 (5) of the Pap Act is indicated from the SWZ, the Contracting Authority shall allow the offering of materials or equivalent solutions provided that they guarantee correct delivery and ensure that technical parameters are obtained not inferior to those laid down in the above documents.

5) Place of execution of the order.
The Contracting Authority requires that the delivery of the truck — dual-chamber garbage truck is carried out at the headquarters of the Department of Municipal Services PGK Sp. z o.o. in Opoczno — Targowa 9, 26-300 Opoczno. The Contractor whose tender is selected will be obliged to deliver the item of delivery in his own right, at his expense and liability, within the time limit agreed by the parties and enable it to be technically verified.
