During the office hours, the client submits work orders to the contractor via the Tampuur property management system according to the procedure described in the job description. Off-hours work is ordered by telephone and registered during the work hours in the Tampuur system. The contractor shall, when planning the work, take into account the timing of the work orders, the number of work to be outsourced, the execution of work within the time limit specified by the customer and any urgency. 1-3 contractors are selected to provide maintenance services. The resources of the Contractor shall be so comprehensive that the conditions required by the Contractor in its request for quotation and its annexes are met for the provision of maintenance services. The contractor must have a command of Finnish and English, and in the case of Swedish at least written language skills for the preparation of press releases. Personnel working on the site must have a command of Finnish and immediate English language support. Insurance claims are not included in the contract. The customer reserves the right to order Plumbing related to moisture and structural damage repairs from any party of his choice.
