The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust the holder with the preventive and curative maintenance of the video protection system of the City of Pavillons-Sous-Bois. This single-contractor framework agreement is concluded at a mixtes.il price includes a part treated at a global and fixed price appearing in the Decomposition of the Global and Lump Sum Price and a part treated at unit prices which will be the subject of purchase orders established as and when needs arise in accordance with Articles R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Services performed under purchase orders are concluded with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 25,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). the holder will be responsible for the preventive and curative maintenance of the video protection system of the City of Pavillons-Sous-Bois: - Preventive maintenance includes: Cleaning of cameras and other equipment / Inspection of the installation and its surroundings / Mechanical inspection (fastening, connectors, etc.) / Electrical measurements / Control of images in direct relation to the CSU / Camera settings (calibration, adjustment, etc. ...) / Updating of the operating systems of the server(s) and the reading and replaying stations / Verification of log logs / Verification of all equipment and cabling under the responsibility of the holder / Cleaning of client workstations and servers / Cleaning and verification of the proper functioning of the assets of the video surveillance security network and radio bridges,- Curative maintenance consists of putting equipment back into service to restore its original functionality and performance level.
