The subject of the contract are services related to the Central Database of Foreigners (CBDC) in the scope of:

1) development;

2) administer and remove failures and errors;

3) user support and provision of helpdesk services.

Detailed information on the description of the subject, scope and conditions of the subject of the contract is specified in the Draft Agreement Provisions (PPU) together with attachments, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, with the proviso that Annex 3 to the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data (Annex No. 8 to the PPU) may be made available at the contractor's request.

For the purpose of preparing offers, the contracting authority will make available for inspection the CBDC user documentation, CBDC technical documentation and the "Scope of personal data entrusted for processing in CBDC" constituting Annex 3 to the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data (Annex 8 to the PPU). The documentation will be made available via the Platform at the contractor's written request.
