The subject of the contract is divided into four tasks (parts of the contract) and includes the execution of construction works for the following tasks:

Croup 1 Reconstruction of two culverts in oddz.88 and two culverts in oddz.78 and execution of water jets on the forest road in oddz.88 - Leśnictwo Sulistrowiczki.

Croup 2 Execution of waterspouts on the forest road in oddz.200,230,161,104,107,162,163,191 - Forestry Tąpadła.

Croup 3 Execution of water drains on the forest road in oddz.240 and 239 and construction of a ford and reconstruction of a culvert on the forest road in oddz.212 - Leśnictwo Ulicko.

Croup 4 Execution of water drains on the forest road in oddz.147,141,138,68,116,115,36 and 65 and making a ford on the forest road in oddz.137 and reconstruction of two culverts on the forest road in oddz.39 - Leśnictwo Chwałków.

The subject of the contract covers the execution of construction works for the following tasks:

Task No. 1 - Reconstruction of two culverts in odz. 88 and two culverts in odz. 78 and the execution of water jets on the forest road in oddz. 88 - Sulistrowiczki Forestry.

Construction works should be carried out in accordance with:

d) based on a project implementation manual, containing guidelines for the implementation of tasks and facilities of small retention and counteracting water erosion - Annex 2a to the SWZ,

e) with relevant standards and regulations and laws,

g) with the principles of knowledge and art of construction and the instructions of the Supervision Inspector.
