The subject of the contract is the lease of two electric multiple units, the type, description and delivery conditions of which are specified in the Terms of Reference and annexes.

Ordered object:

Vehicles must be free from defects.

Vehicles may not be encumbered with the rights of third parties that would limit or exclude the performance of the contract and may not be the subject of any judicial, enforcement or administrative proceedings that would result in or could be subject to any restrictions on the title to vehicles.

All vehicles must be of the same series, compatible and cooperating with each other in the scope of multiple traction in any configuration.

The vehicles must be adapted for the installation of at least one ticket machine, i.e. the place provided and the power supply (voltage - 24V DC + 25% - 30%, maximum power - 300 W, supply current - at rest (without reheating) 2 A, idle (with reheating) 6 A, idle (with or without reheating) 6 A.

The vehicles must have a passenger information system that meets the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 3 January 2013 on the method of keeping a register and marking of railway vehicles (Journal of Laws of 14.2.2013, item 211 ) and including:

- external side boards in LED technology - at least one per element,

- front panels in LED technology - one on each forehead,

- internal boards in LED or LCD technology - at least two per member.

Vehicles must have UTK approval to move on PKP PLK SA tracks (they meet the conditions specified for a given series in the type certificate or permit).
