The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the Reconstruction of ul. Jaśminowa on the section from ul. Bzowa to al. Blush, according to the project documentation. The scope of works includes reconstruction of the roadway, construction of exits and pavement, construction of drainage, construction of lighting, greenhouse works and organization of traffic. Employer, pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PZP Act, requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of employment contracts of persons performing activities in the field of the contract, the performance of which contains features of the employment relationship specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code, i.e. persons performing work in the road industry.

The Ordering Party reserves that wherever the content of the design documentation constituting the description of the subject of the order, the description of this subject indicates the trademarks, patents or origin, sources or detailed processes that characterize products or services provided by a specific contractor - the Employer allows methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc., equivalent to those described in the description of the subject of the contract. Therefore, it is allowed to offer any equivalent market equivalents with properties not worse than those indicated by the Employer. The parameters of the indicated standard specify the minimum technical, operational, operational, quality and functional conditions to be met by the subject of the contract. Indicated trademarks, patents, brands or manufacturer's names or sources or specific processes indicating origin only specify the product class, methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. The offer includes methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. other brands and manufacturers, however, with technical, qualitative and functional and functional parameters corresponding to the methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. described in the ToR. In addition, the Employer emphasizes that equivalent methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc., cannot be substitutes for methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc., described in the design documentation using trademarks, patents, origin, source or particular process.
