Southside Housing Association are a registered social landlord which manages and maintains properties including Traditional Tenements and New Build Flat blocks located throughout the south side of the city of Glasgow.

The works shall comprise the routine common stairwell cleaning of approximately 137 flat blocks.

It should be noted that it is the Associations intention to carry out a staggered handover of this work to their concierge services over the course of the contract and the works shall subsequently be reduced in scope by approximately 17 % every 6 months. The approximate cost of the contract shown within this advert reflects this.
