Provision of three types of services:

The provision, maintenance and maintenance in good working order of the allocation systems for heating costs, cold water meters (CEF), domestic hot water meters (CECS) and thermal energy meters (CET) located in the buildings described in the annex;

A statement of all the heating cost allocators and meters described in the appendix;

The treatment of heating units per dwelling, following readings.

The services concern:

The provision, maintenance and maintenance in good working order of the heating cost allocators, cold water, domestic hot water and energy meters located in the buildings described in the annex;

A record of all heating cost allocators, cold water, domestic hot water and energy meters located in the buildings described in the appendix;

The remote system, together with communication equipment for all heating cost allocators, reads cold water, domestic hot water and energy meters located in the buildings described in the annex;

Establishing the distribution of heating costs for all buildings on the basis of the data provided by the contracting authority.
