1. Name given to the contract by the Contracting Authority: Purchase of 2000 tablets for schools as part of the EU project "World of science - new standards of education in schools of the Zielona Góra Functional Urban Area"2. The task should be carried out in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex I.2 to the SWZ, taking into account the explanations and changes made by the contracting authority during the public procurement procedure - if any.3. The delivered Equipment in the amount of 2000 pieces should be brand new, original and previously unused. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Supplier undertakes, at its own expense and risk, to deliver and unload the Equipment to: Zielona Góra City Hall, Department of Education and Social Affairs, Department of Education and Social Affairs, Zachodnia 63a, 65-552 Zielona Góra. 4. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract, constituting Annex I.3 to the SWZ. 5. The Ordering Party informs that the indications of common names, trademarks, names of manufacturers, photos in the included elements of the description of the subject of the contract that may appear in the SWZ together with attachments serve only to determine the visual, technical and qualitative characteristics. Product names, trademarks, patents or origin used in the SWZ together with attachments should be treated as examples - the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent products (materials, equipment). An equivalent product is a product that will have the same functional, visual, material and technical characteristics as a specific product indicated in the RFS but is marked by a different trademark, patent or origin. The quality of the equivalent product may not be worse than described in the subject of the contract, in no way may lower the standard and may not change the rules and technical solutions adopted in this SWZ, and thus deprive the User of any performance, functionality, usability described or resulting from the SWZ. The contractor who accepts equivalent solutions (products) for the valuation of the offer is obliged to prove the equivalence of the solutions adopted, including equipment and materials. In order to confirm that the offered equivalent solution meets the requirements set out in the CMS, the Contractor is obliged to submit together with the offer a detailed description / list of the offered subject of the equivalent contract, in which for each solution it will specify the features allowing for unambiguous identification of the offered solution and confirmation of compliance with the description of the subject of the contract. Note: Failure to submit such a description/list will be tantamount to accepting the solutions indicated in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.6. The information on parameters and functions contained in this SWZ together with the attachments are minimal data - the Ordering Party allows to offer products with extended functions and better parameters, provided that they meet the minimum requirements specified in this order.7. Pursuant to Article 100(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be carried out taking into account the requirements for accessibility for the disabled and design for all users, in particular in accordance with the principles of universal design referred to in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of 13 December 2006 (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1169, as amended).
