4.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services of public utility character in municipal passenger transport in the municipality of Wiązownica in 2023, on the following communication lines:

Line no. 1: Surmaczówka – Zapałów – Ryszkowa Wola – Piwoda–Wiązownica – Szówsko,

Line no. 2: Wola Mołodycka – Mołodycz – Radawa – Wiązownica – Szówsko,

Line no. 3: Wiązownica Dolna – Szówsko,

Line 4: Manasterz – Nielepkowice – Wiązownica – Szówsko,

Line no. 5: Wólka Zapałowska-Zapałów-Ryszkowa Wola-Piwoda-Wiązownica - Szówsko,

Line 6: Cetula – Piwoda-Wiązownica- Szówsko,

4.2 The Organizer determines the amount of operational work in 2023 at a level not higher than 246 010.00 vehicle-kilometers, including for individual lines:

Line no. 2 Wola Mołodycka – Szówsko 54 750,00 vehicle-kilometers

Line no. 3 Wiązownica Dolna – Szówsko 15 330,00

The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services of public utility character in municipal passenger transport in the municipality of Wiązownica in 2023, on the following communication lines:

The Operator undertakes to perform Transport according to the bus timetable agreed with the Organizer. Timetable of buses covered by

for 2023, it will constitute Appendix No. 1 to the concluded speech.

Transports will be carried out by buses, which will guarantee the provision of appropriate safety, hygiene and comfort conditions to travelers

and proper service, as well as assistance by the driver to people with disabilities when getting on and off the bus.

All vehicles intended for the provision of the service should be technically functional and have up-to-date technical inspections throughout the duration of the contract.
