The Contracting Authority is looking for two consultancies that can advise and support the municipality in its efforts to further reduce CO2 emissions in its real estate. The ultimate goal is to make municipal real estate energy-neutral and fossil-free, if immediately feasible. This should also specifically include the (investigation of the possibility of) applying green facades, climate adaptation and the development of the circular economy (see appendix Pleck 4.0). The Contracting Authority aims to enter into a two-party agreement because the Contracting Authority expects to build up closer and more intensive cooperation with fewer parties during the term of the framework agreement.
