Description:
Evaluation on going and ex post of educational activities

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of Research Projects*, consisting in the implementation of evaluation studies in the form of on-going or ex-post evaluation of educational projects implemented by the Contracting Authority. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver one or two presentations of the results of a given Research Project.

2. Under the procurement option referred to in Article 441(1) of the PPL, the subject of the contract is the performance of Research Projects consisting in the implementation of evaluation studies of educational projects designed by the Contracting Authority in the form of ex ante evaluation or the implementation of social research on the needs of economic education.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the requirements and rules for the performance of the contract are specified in the Draft Terms of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the Terms of Contract (hereinafter: "SWZ").

*Definitions of terms used with a capital letter can be found in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
