Tuomi Logistics Ltd will compete orthopedic footwear in accordance with the call for tender and its annexes. The procurement includes both the supply of services and goods (including matching and identifying and the purchase of the actual auxiliary). The acquisition is described in more detail in the description of the service (Annex 2), the price attachment (Annex 3) and the draft contract (Annex 1). The acquisition includes the Pirkanmaa Nursing Districts, Pirkanmaa and Kanta-Häme Nursing Districts and their Provincial Aid Centres and cities and municipalities and communities in the regions specified by invitation to tender, with the exception of South Ostrobothnia Medical District.
A number of suppliers are selected on a sub-regional basis. The choice is made based on the cheapest offer.
Providers must provide service to the PSHP and/or KHSHP region. The three (3) most economically economically advantageous bidders are selected for the subdivisions. If three (3) vendors are not found in the PSHP and/or KHSHP region from this selected number, there will be so many suppliers selected in the PSHP and KHSHP region in addition to these that the reported number of suppliers is fulfilled (3 vendors/subdivision/Nursing district).
The total estimated value of the acquisition has been calculated for five (5) years (0% VAT). The subscriber is not bound by the estimate of the contract amount. Order volumes may vary from year to year.
The start date of the contract is not earlier than December 2021 and the duration of the contract is two (2) years.
It is possible to extend the contract as an indefinite option.
Group 1. Orthopedic footwear (children)Subdivision 1 of the acquisition includes children's orthopedic footwear in accordance with this call for tender and its annexes. Orthopedic footwear is divided into three (3) categories: ready-made footwear, gauge footwear, and individually manufactured footwear.
Estimated procurement volumes by category:
Prepared footwear 160 pairs/year
Measure footwear 120 pairs/year
Individually manufactured footwear 30 pairs/year
Acquisition is divided by Nursing Disorder:
PSHP 85%
KHSHP 15%
The estimated quantities are estimates of the previous year's procurement volumes and do not bind the subscriber to the ordering of a particular quantity of procurement. Order volumes may vary from year to year.
The three (3) most economically economically advantageous vendors/region (PSHP and KHSHP) are elected in the sub-region.
Only the cheapest price is used as a basis for overall economic affordability, since quality has been taken into account in the minimum requirements.

Prices are fixed for the first two years of the contract period. The price does not include VAT. The supplier may present a price change in the prices of contract products for the option period as described in the draft agreement (Annex 1).
Group 2. ORTOPEDE Footwear (adults)Subdivision 2 of the acquisition includes adult orthopedic footwear in accordance with this call for tender and its annexes. Orthopedic footwear is divided into three (3) categories: ready-made footwear, gauge footwear, and individually manufactured footwear.
