This lot is called "Reserved" (article 13 and 14 of the decree n 167 2016-360 of March 25, 2016. This lot includes the sports complex of the 3 valleys, Coteaux Gironde, school Camus, EHPAD of the Three Valleys, Park of the Fairy Plain and Hollow Pathway.

Includes the sports complex of Gironde, FPA Plessis, House of Hollow Roads, Gironde Park and oven in Chanvre and Madona and Park Street Plessis and Pool.

Includes Dead End, Enclosure, Abalone, Saint Nicholas Lot, Star Mail, Closerie Park, Square Aubrac and Closerie Terminus.

Includes maintenance of the sports complex.

Includes the Vineyard and Cocteau cemetery and the green roofs of the ehpad and the Camus School.

Includes the maintenance of all embankments, hedges, ditches and shoulders of rural roads and natural areas.
