The work of this market is part of the project to reinforce the electrical axis of the valley of the Neste between Arreau and Lannemezan. This project provides for the creation of a 225/63 kV transformation station, named Aure, at the confluence of the Aure and Louron valleys, connected to post 225/150/63 kV of Lannemezan by two 225 kV underground links and part of the existing 63 kV network of the valleys. It is accompanied by the removal of 21 km of 63 kV overhead line between the posts of Bordères and the portico of La Barthe (municipality of Lannemezan).

This contract notice concerns only the major work for the future item 225/63 kV of Aure within the framework of the Aure-Louron project.

The aim is to construct a set of buildings 100 m long for a cumulative floor area of 800 m2 intended to accommodate the electrical equipment of the future station as well as underground galleries (200 m total length) for the routing of electrical links 63 and 225 kV to these equipment.

The construction of watertight galleries and basements will be carried out on the progress of excavations of materials (shale and bass for about 30,000 m3) and the construction of the support works of the slopes (including a nailed wall).

We find in this market all the following services: earthworks, workmanship, HRD, frames and roofs, waterproofing, and all state bodies (plumbing, painting, tiles, electricity, plastering...) necessary for tertiary equipment (lighting, ventilation, fire protection, air conditioning, electricity...) and the finishes of buildings.

The buildings are architectured and feature a wooden frame and slate cover. The careful work of the outdoors with a landscaped treatment of the slopes and the use of gabions help to ensure a good integration of the site in the urban area of Arreau.
