The subject of the description is the tile work (floor and walls) for the construction of a new triple sports hall.
Tiles are mainly used in sanitary rooms, as well as the sauna area and the kitchen of the restaurant, as well as in the large ground floor foyer area including the stairs.
These are works from the upper floor up to and including on the 2nd floor.
1. Situation construction site
The property is located at Weltenburgerstr. 53, in Munich Bogenhausen, it can be accessed directly from Weltenburgerstraße.
Walls and screeds are already completed on site.

- Floors: basement, ground floor + 2 upper floors,
— Gross volume: approx. 40 200 m

— length /width of the building: approx. 65/57 m,
- Eaves height: approx. 13.50 m.
1.2 Construction
The building is erected in reinforced concrete construction.
All walls and ceilings are reinforced concrete (small parts in the wall in masonry).
The foundation is a floor slab with coves or strip foundations, respectively, the basement is designed as a dense tub.
The triple sports hall is mounted on concrete columns above the parking deck.
The entrance hall has an airspace over 2 floors. The stair runs are planned as finished parts.
The roofs are flat roofs or flat pitched roofs with attic design.
Some of the internal walls are also drywall.
The building will already be closed at the time of installing tiles.
