The tender shall be implemented in accordance with the “public offering” procedure, where, on the basis of the tender, is expected to contract with one builder. The contract will enter into force at the date of contract signature and runs until 3 months after the winning bidder has made complete and proper delivery (expected delivery time 15 months).
