3.1. The subject of the contract is: Restaurant services for the needs of children attending the School and Preschool Complex No. 1 in Wrocław

3.3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.

3.4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogs.

3.5. The Ordering Party requires that the person(s) performing activities at the Ordering Party's registered office in order to carry out the task (preparation and delivery of meals, cleaning after meals) be employed only on the basis of a contract

for employment within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, unless they are performed by the persons concerned personally as part of their business activity on the basis of an entry in the CEIDG – min. 4 full-time jobs.

Employment under a contract of employment of the abovementioned persons should continue uninterrupted throughout the duration of the contract.

The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party within the time limit specified in the provisions of the contract and update on an ongoing basis, i.e. each time there is a personal change, the statement referred to in the contract.

3.6. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection in accordance with Article 131(2)(1) of the PPL Act.

3.7. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the OPZ, which is an Annex to the SWZ.
