The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:
1. Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside and from the owners of the property where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created, together with the supply of waste containers to the property and transfer them to the owner of the property,
2. The establishment and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) and the collection and management of municipal waste collected therein,
3. Collections of municipal problem waste,
4. Collation of municipal waste from organized special events,
5. Collection of waste dumped in public areas not intended for collection, storage or storage
The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:
1. Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside and from the owners of the property where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created, together with the supply of waste containers to the property and transfer to the owner of the property in accordance with the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality passed by the Ostrzeszów Municipal Council and a resolution on the manner and scope of the provision of services in the field of receiving municipal waste from property owners and landscaping of these waste,
2. The establishment and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) and the collection and management of municipal waste collected therein,
3. Collections of municipal problem waste,
4. Collation of municipal waste from organized special events,
5. Collection of waste dumped in public areas not intended for collection, storage or storage
- from the area of the city and the municipality of Ostrzeszów, in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), Law of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended), in the WPGO adopted by the Resolution of the Sejmik of the Greater Poland Voivodeship No. XXXI/810/2017 of 29 May 2017 r., and local law.
