VE 05 - extended bodyshell

The tender for the extended shell includes several measures. The main task is the construction of the new buildings between the existing buildings as well as various individual measures in the existing building.

The two new buildings serve as necessary staircases (including elevator) with direct connection to the existing building. Furthermore, the cash register area, sanitary and technical rooms can be found here.

The new buildings are to be manufactured as reinforced concrete construction, which integrate over large parts into the existence by means of Auflagertaschen or attached wall disks. The structural design is partly done in cramped conditions between the existing buildings. The gross floor area of the new buildings is approx. 1 160 m 2 and includes five floors.

Due to the difficult ground conditions, the wall and floor surfaces in the basement are partly designed as WU construction and additionally with a tested fresh concrete system.

The outer cladding of the walls is done with high-quality precast concrete elements, which can be found in a similar form as outdoor slab flooring. The staircases are partly manufactured as cast-in-situ constructions or as precast staircases.

The foundation of the new buildings is carried out by means of pipe injection piles and underpinning of the existing buildings. These services are advertised in a separate allocation unit.

The necessary measures in the existing building include the re-production of door openings, door extensions, the construction of partition walls, new floor slabs and sealing measures in the area of existing external walls in a variety of positions. Necessary cancellations take place in advance.
