This public contract concerns the renewal of the optical fibers composing the backbone of the Belnet network. This network consists of pairs of BLACK OPTICAL FIBERS that form the connection between the different PoPs where Belnet is present. Belnet wants to conclude contracts for a maximum period of 15 years. In accordance with Article 13 § 3 of the Law of 17 June 2016, contract documents (sensitive and confidential nature of the information) will only be transmitted upon request sent by e-mail (bll@belnet.be) and subject to the signature of the confidentiality agreement (NDA) attached as an annex to this notice. This document must be signed by a person with the competence to engage the tenderer in public procurement. After receiving a signed version, Belnet will send the candidate a countersigned version as well as the contract documents.
