Single Attribute Framework Agreement on Restricted Tenders Pursuant to Articles L. 2120-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2, R. 2161-6 to 2161-11, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement is concluded with the following thresholds: minimum EUR 40 000 excl. VAT over four years and a maximum of EUR 1 200 000 excl. VAT over four years. This contract notice concerns a submission of applications.

The purpose of this framework agreement to purchase orders is the technical verification and preventive and corrective maintenance of fixed installations and/or equipment in connection with electric, manual, hydraulic or pneumatic lifting devices. The services concern 145 equipment and will be carried out according to the Order of 1.3.2004 on the checks of lifting appliances and the order of 2.3.2004 on the maintenance book for lifting appliances.
