1. The subject of the basic contract is an evaluation study on the assessment of the course and effects of the implementation of projects supported in the form of innovation vouchers under the 1st priority axis of the ROP WM for 2014-2020 and the evaluation of cooperation between SMEs and research and development centers in the development and implementation of innovations along with the preparation of a multimedia presentation of the research results.

2. Depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority, under the right of option, the Contractor will be obliged to conduct one multimedia presentation of the test results. The contracting authority reserves that it may not commission a multimedia presentation under the right of option.

3. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to the SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the public procurement contract.

4. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be entered into the contract on public procurement — the template of the contract and are annex No 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model of the contract).

5. Pursuant to the instruction resulting from Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority shall specify that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, to employ persons performing activities in the field of performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).

6. The contracting authority has specified the conditions for the transfer of intellectual property rights in the model contract.
