The condition of the lanes of secondary roads in Berlin (STeP IV-V) must be recorded using high-speed measurement systems, the condition variables are determined and the results are transmitted in a readable manner to the Strassen Berlin maintenance management system. The network to be used has a length of approximately 2,130 km, with an option of 2,070 km.
For each district, the Constituent's tasks include:
- Creation of the 20 m section references in the structure specification of the results file (ERG file) to display the results in accordance with the AG specifications
- Detection of longitudinal flatness
- Transverse flatness detection
- Detection of the type of cover layer and the surface layer-related substance characteristics of the surface
- Evaluation of the state variables of longitudinal and transverse flatness as well as surface type-related substance features of the surface
- Section-specific coding of structures (tunnels and bridges) and fixtures (if larger than 1m2), rail and cycling facilities in the roadway
- Display all results in the ERG file
- Shape relation for displaying all results of the ERG file
- Transfer of the image mapping file with every data (partial) delivery
- Project documentation in tabular and text form
For survey and evaluation, the procedure must be taken on a district basis; for this purpose, the AG outputs the network data of a district one after the other in order to prepare the basis for recording, observation and evaluation by the contractor and the subsequent submission of the results, including the project documentation (if necessary corrections are required, update the project documentation) within the respective submission deadlines. There are 6 districts to drive in. The option includes navigating the other 6 districts.
