Lot 1: Track, catenary, civil engineering and road construction/ traffic management
Tram closure: Construction under full closure/section-by-section closures for tram operation
Traffic management: construction and maintenance of a traffic route for the state of construction in the period from November 2022 to February 2024, establishment of several construction areas taking into account the use of rescue vehicles for personal rescue in the construction sector;
Track construction: Production of approx. 650 m of rheda City double track with delivery of the track sleepers (provision of the rails free construction site is carried out by AG) with ceiling closure/road construction work, 1 x double track junction and 1 single-track junction incl. loading/unloading/transport service from the turnout and plant construction from the Haferkornstraße to the construction site; approx. 200 m of road-flush double track as cross-sleeper track with concrete sleepers (provision of sleepers and rails by AG), track construction services must also be provided over the new Waldstraßenbrücke
Catenary work: Renewal of catenary system as a single overhead contact line over approx. 900 m, realignment of approx. 15 catenary masts and approx. 7 combi masts with lighting, the catenary construction includes the construction of the catenary at three junctions/track branches, position of approx. 2 control cabinets
Traction current: Civil engineering services for approx. 1,000 m Cable trenches for 2 - 18 rapid cable laying in parts with conduit laying (cable delivery and cable pull is carried out by another contractor) with restoration of the ceiling closures in the pavement/road area, laying over the Waldstraße bridge, position of approx. 4 control cabinets
Stop: Construction of three barrier-free stops with 1 x one and 2 x two platforms and a total length of approx. 50 m incl. production of empty piping for media access, construction/delivery of equipment (such as benches, waste containers, installation of stop lighting, blind guidance systems, foundation work for dynamic passenger information, ticket machine and control cabinets) approx. 700 m² ceiling closure work with concrete slabs, installation of approx. 6 control cabinets;
Road construction: approx. 3,500 m² road rehabilitation, 200 m² tactile guidance systems for the blind, road markings, approx. 200 m² asphalt surface course for cycle path, approx. 400 m² small paving work, on-board settlements;
Road construction: approx. 4,000 m² basic road construction, approx. 900 m² road construction, approx. 12 tree plantings, in sections approx. 100 m² large panel laying
Ler pipe laying approx. 200 m under the tracks/roadways
Traffic light system: Production of approx. 250 trenches with piping and approx. 8 foundations for mast position at three locations
Services for the city of Leipzig (bridge construction Waldstraßenbrücke) and Leipziger Wasserwerke are carried out by third parties and must be observed during the execution.
Work must be carried out taking into account existing trees.
