Newcastle City Council is acting as the Lead Authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation and (NEPO) its Member Authorities to establish a contract for the delivery of an online research and information tool (The Contract) to be used predominately by Adults and Children Social Care Professionals. The Tool must be adaptable to ensure it is able to adapt and keep up with advances in technology that may happen during the life of the Framework Agreement (the Contract).
Newcastle City Council is acting as the Lead Authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation and (NEPO) its Member Authorities to establish a contract with a single provider for the delivery of an online research and information tool (The Contract) to be used predominately by Adults and Children Social Care Professionals. The Tool must be adaptable to ensure it is able to adapt and keep up with advances in technology that may happen during the life of the contact.
This social care research and information tool (The Contract) will allow the participating Authorities listed to access a range of research and information including:
(a) information;
(b) research;
(c) example case studies;
(d) tailored learning and development;
(e) webinars, face to face and e-learning modules; and
(f) training.
Bespoke to Adults and Children Social Care topics via access to an online tool.
The requirements for Children and Adults Social care are the same, therefore this contract has not been broken down into lots.
The contract term will be 24 months with 2 x 12 month options to extend.
