New Leaf is a ‘learning project and partnership’ which is both proactive in driving continuous improvement in project delivery and reactive to addressing future emerging needs, and client groups tackling particular challenges and barriers.
We are seeking to identify suitably experienced service providers through the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) who will subsequently be invited to bid for a proportion of grant to support additional Community Projects which will address unmet need whilst supporting its overall targets across Cheshire and Warrington between 6.2018 — 9.2019.

Within the allocation of funding for the Cheshire and Warrington regions, a total sum of 2 200 000 GBP has been identified by the New Leaf Partnership to support additional Community Projects (Projects) which will address unmet need whilst supporting its overall targets.
We are seeking to identify service providers through the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) who will subsequently be invited to bid for a proportion of the allocated sum.
Future bid proposals will be divided into geographic areas of Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester and Warrington. It will also be divided into demographic areas including women, men, economically inactive, BAME, homeless, mental ill-health, disability, LGBT, refugees/migrants, care leavers, long-term health condition and under 25's.
A selection questionnaire (SQ) is required to be successfully completed to enable access to the DPS and subsequent ability to provide proposals to the New Leaf Partnership for Community Projects within the above identified areas.
