1.The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the operation of the buildings of the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa at Sabinowska 62/64

2.The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the concluded contract, the submitted offer and the WZ.

1.The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the operation of the buildings of the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa at 62/64 Sabinowska Street.

2.The subject of the contract includes a measuring system (energy consumption point) No PPE 590322428100001164 (in tariff group C22a; contractual power 250 kW).

3.The maximum amount of electricity that can be supplied during the term of the contract shall be 725 000 kWh for a point of consumption to be settled in tariff group C22a.

4.The minimum amount of electricity to be supplied during the term of the contract shall be 500 000 kWh for a point of consumption settled in tariff group C22a.

5.The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the swz.

6.The Ordering Party is an eligible customer within the meaning of the Act of 27 October 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and supporting certain customers in 2023. The declaration submitted pursuant to Article 5(1) of the Act referred to in the previous sentence shall be submitted to the Contractor selected on the basis of the proceedings in question.

7.The Ordering Party has a separate agreement for PPE for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator: TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., concluded for an indefinite period

8.At present, the Central School of PSP in Częstochowa is bound by a reserve agreement covering the sale of electricity with Tauron Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o.

9. The Seller must have a current agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator (DSO): TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. on the basis of which it may sell electricity via the DSO distribution network to the Ordering Party's collection point

10. On behalf of the Buyer, the Seller shall complete all technical requirements and formalities related to the procedure of changing the seller and ensuring the distribution of the sold electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations, within the period enabling the purchase of electricity by the Ordering Party, i.e. 21 days from signing the contract. The Buyer shall grant the Seller an appropriate power of attorney to perform the above-mentioned activities
