Part 1: Extension of Toszecka (DW901), Oriona (DG130426S), Przyszowska (DP7208S), Rekreacyjna (DG130509S) streets in connection with the construction of a bicycle path and a pedestrian and bicycle route.
Part 2: Extension of Strzelców Bytomskich (DP7209S), Różana (DG130019S), Chatka Puchatka (DG 130018S), Z. Nałkowska (DG130013S), Radosna (DG130012S), Kwiatowa (DG130012S) streets in connection with
with the construction of a bicycle path and a pedestrian and bicycle route.
Part 3: Reconstruction of the pedestrian and bicycle route along al. Mickiewicza in Gliwice
Part 4: Reconstruction of footbridge No. 1 located over the Kłodnica River in the area of allotment gardens and Jesienna Street in Gliwice.
Part 5: Renovation of footbridge No. 2 located on plot No. 591 (precinct of the University of Technology) in the Chrobry Park in the area of Kaszubska Street in Gliwice.
Part 6: Construction of a bicycle route on the section Centrum – Sośnica (section Jesienna Street – Wschodnia Street).

As part of this task, the construction, extension, reconstruction and modernization of sections of bicycle paths and pedestrian and bicycle routes in Gliwice are planned, including in particular: earthworks
and necessary installations (ground and underground including drainage), paving/replacement, construction of lighting, service areas for cyclists, engineering structures such as footbridges or culverts, use of road safety elements, construction/reconstruction of bus bays/bus stop platforms, development of adjacent areas, monitoring and necessary elements allowing
to include the newly created sections in the existing bicycle network in Gliwice.
3. This contract constitutes an investment which has received an initial promise of co-financing
from the Government Fund POLISH DEAL: Strategic Investment Programme, under which the investment in question is to be implemented.
4. The remuneration for the performance of the contract shall be payable in a manner determined taking into account the top-down and mandatory program regulations of the Government Fund POLISH GOVERNANCE: Strategic Investment Programme described in detail in the contract.
5. The Contractor shall comply with all regulations related to the anticipated co-financing from the Government Fund POLISH DEAL: Strategic Investment Programme.
6. The Contracting Authority shall require that all documents produced by the Contractor contain a binding set of graphic signs/symbols, if such are required by the guidelines of the Government Fund POLISH GOVERNANCE: Strategic Investment Programme programme.
